These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Race Link Live, including the website at racelinklive.com and the Race Link Live platform (the "Service"), operated by Nova Taurus LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
To access certain features of the Service, you must sign in using a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The Service, including its design, software, text, graphics, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Nova Taurus LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited right to use it as described here.
You retain ownership of content, configurations, media, telemetry, timing data, location data, vehicle data, pit notes, event data, and other materials you submit, upload, transmit, or make available through the Service ("Customer Data").
By using the Service, you grant Nova Taurus LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to collect, access, store, copy, process, transmit, display, analyze, and use Customer Data as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, secure, support, troubleshoot, improve, and develop the Service and related Race Link Live products.
The Service may collect technical, operational, performance, and usage data, including device status, GPS and timing signals, camera and feed metadata, telemetry signals, vehicle and sensor data, network quality, diagnostics, logs, feature usage, user actions, and other metadata generated by or related to use of the Service ("Usage Data"). We may use Usage Data to operate the Service, maintain reliability, provide support, improve performance, develop features, perform analytics, detect abuse, and protect the Service and its users.
We may create aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data, statistics, benchmarks, models, insights, and reports derived from Customer Data or Usage Data ("Derived Data"). We may use Derived Data for product development, analytics, benchmarking, research, reliability improvement, machine learning, marketing, and other business purposes, provided it does not reasonably identify you, your team, drivers, vehicles, or non-public events without your consent.
We may use and share Derived Data and de-identified datasets with customers, partners, sponsors, manufacturers, component suppliers, event promoters, broadcasters, research organizations, and other third parties for analytics, benchmarking, product development, research, machine learning, media, sponsorship, safety, and commercial purposes, provided the information does not reasonably identify you, your team, drivers, vehicles, or non-public events.
We do not sell your personal information. We will not publicly disclose or otherwise provide non-public Customer Data or Usage Data to third parties in a way that reasonably identifies your team, drivers, vehicles, event, or specific incident without your consent, a team-authorized configuration, or a separate written agreement, except as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
Certain features of the Service may require payment as described in our pricing documentation. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in a written agreement between you and Nova Taurus LLC. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nova Taurus LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nova Taurus LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
