Race Link Live SMS alerts cover accounts, events, streams, devices, service, and support. They are optional, recurring, and not a marketing program.
1. Program
These SMS Terms govern the optional recurring Race Link Live text-message program operated by Race Link Live LLC. They supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Requested one-time authentication or verification texts may be governed by the disclosure shown when requested.
Program messages may include account and security notices, race or schedule updates, livestream notices, device and telemetry status, support responses, and service or maintenance notices. Race Link Live does not use this Program for marketing or promotional messages.
2. Consent and enrollment
You may enroll through an unchecked consent control in the Services or another documented opt-in flow. By enrolling, you confirm that you control the number and authorize Race Link Live and its messaging providers to send automated texts to it. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Keep your number current and promptly remove a number you no longer control.
3. Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with account activity, followed events, enabled alerts, and device conditions. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's terms control its charges.
4. Opt out
You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE, or by clearly stating that you want the messages to stop. We will honor a reasonable opt-out request as required by law and may send one confirmation. You must enroll again to resume recurring texts.
5. Help
Reply HELP or contact [email protected]. Support can explain the Program but cannot control carrier charges or coverage.
6. Delivery and safety
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on networks, devices, settings, and other systems outside Race Link Live's control. Do not rely on SMS for emergency, medical, race-control, or safety-critical communications. Use official event channels and emergency procedures.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile numbers and consent records. We do not sell, rent, or disclose mobile numbers or SMS consent records to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may use messaging providers to deliver the Program.
8. Changes and termination
We may change or end the Program. We will provide notice or obtain new consent when required by law. Ending the Program does not affect your ability to use unrelated Services.
9. Contact and governing terms
The Nevada governing-law and dispute terms in the Terms of Service apply to the Program, subject to non-waivable law.
